Can I embed photos/images in questions?
Questions currently do not have the ability to support images. However, ClassQuestion is designed to work well with slide presentation software such as PowerPoint. Why am I not getting a password reset or account verification email?

Most of the time this is due to email being filtered into a spam folder. Some school email accounts will also do their own spam filtering so you may need to check with your school about how to recover emails flagged as spam.

Also these emails sometimes can be filtered into "Promotions" and "Social" tabs if your email site uses these.

What languages does ClassQuestion support?

ClassQuestion supports asking questions in all modern languages and writing systems. All letters and symbols for every modern language (Chinese, Greek, Korean, German, etc.) are covered.

The full list of every supported character is too large to fully list, but to get an idea you can check out the UTF8 standard . UTF8 not only supports various languages, but also includes mathematical symbols ∑ and emoji 😀 as well.

I submitted an answer for a question but I did not receive credit. What can I do?

Whenever you submit an answer, you must see an “Answer Submitted” message along with the answer you chose in order for your answer to be counted. If you did not see this message, then the website did not receive your answer and this is why you did not receive credit.

If you believe you answered a question in the past but it is not showing in your answer history then the answer was not received by the website and if you contact support we will not be able to give you credit. Only your teacher is able to grant you credit for a previously asked question.

Most commonly a weak wireless internet connection causes this issue and answers end up not making it to the website. Try to move to a location that has the strongest signal you can get and if your class has a bad signal in general be sure to notify your teacher of the problem. As long as you see “Answer Submitted” after submitting your answer you should receive credit and see it in your answer history.
